The questionnaire below has 70 questions and it takes between 3 to 4 minutes to answer them all.
When you have completed our free test of the seven chakras, we will give you a percentage for each chakra and a diagnosis, which will let you know which chakra is open (balanced) or out of balance (dominant or weak):
- Between 0 and 33%, it means your chakra is underdeveloped, blocked or closed. As well as the diagnosis related to the corresponding chakra, we give you chakra opening solutions, which include a list of chakra healing stones, colors to wear, yoga position, fragrance, vegetables, proteins, seeds, fruits, herbs and spices,
- Between 34 and 65%, it means your chakra is balanced,
- Between 66 and 100%, it means your chakra is too open.
